Blackberry Sage Popsicles

Blackberry Sage Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 cups blackberries
- ½ cup sage sugar syrup, see notes below
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, pulse the blackberries several times, then add the sage sugar syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth. (If desired, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove seeds.)
- Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze until completely firm, at least 4 hours.
