Thus, during the Christmas season, it is one of my deepest passions and profound joys to bring all those things together by hosting the online Green Christmas Marketplace – and I want to promote YOU.
The Green Christmas Marketplace is the place to find gifts intentional shoppers LOVE to give: eco-friendly, sustainable, creative gifts. So….
- If you create hand-crafted items, such as hand-crafted soap, home remedies, or other natural home or bath products, I'm looking for YOU!
- If you create baby or children's items, such as non-toxic toys, “green” baby products, or organic children's clothing, I'm looking for you.
- If you have real food or herbal products, I'm looking for you.
- If you are an artisan, a work-at-home-mom, an herbalist, or a social entrepreneur, I'm looking for you.
- If you create decor or jewelry, I'm looking for you.
- If you have another physical gift item that you think naturally-minded moms and dads would really love and benefit from, I'm looking for you.
- If you run a membership program or publish a naturally-minded magazine to help support and educate parents, I'm looking for you.
- If you manage a Certified B-Corp company, I'm looking for YOU!
Please note that we do NOT accept MLM or direct-sales consultant shops (e.g. those who run businesses as part of a larger company, such as Arbonne, Beauty Counter, doTerra, etc.) We have nothing against these types of shops and wish you well if you run a business using one of these models, but the Green Christmas Marketplace is to specifically highlight goods and businesses – small and large – that have direct relationships between the sellers, producers, and customers, as well as specific companies whose ethics we admire.
This marketplace seeks to connect the beautiful, meaningful products you create with shoppers who will use them, gift them, and appreciate their true value.
If you're any of the above, we would love to highlight your online shop in the Christmas Marketplace! Please read all the nitty-gritty details below (including more specifics about the type of products we're looking for), then fill in the form at the bottom to express your interest. Space will be sold first come, first served. We may not accept all applicants.

What You Get
Where's changing things up a bit this year, and here's a sample of what your listing may look like:
The marketplace will be divided into shopping categories (e.g. “Jewelry,” “Skin Care,” etc), with each shop appearing in the category in alphabetical order.
Each listing will include:
- a feature photo
- your shop name
- a short description of the product(s) available + plus a pop-out longer description to give more detail
- a link to your shop (Additional links may be discussed as necessary.)
Optionally, you may also submit specific products for:
- the Ethical Green Stocking Stuffer Catalog
- the Ethical Green Black Friday deals promotion, which will drive specific traffic to a product on which you're running a Black Friday deal
Additionally:
- The entire marketplace will be delivered via e-mail to our nearly 50,000+ e-mail subscribers
- Each business will be highlighted individually in a Facebook post
- Each business will be pinned to our Green Christmas Marketplace Pinterest board
- The marketplace will be available and promoted through the Christmas season from November 21-December 31. This allows for holiday sales as well as new year resolution purchases, so if you offer health products or real food products, you may also be a good fit.

Basically, if your product fits one of these keywords, we'd like to hear from you: fair trade, sustainable, eco-friendly, organic, baby, real food, healthy kids, creative children, thoughtful beauty, natural remedies, simple living, motherhood
- Handmade Goods (clothing, aprons, scarves, knit items, soaps, decor, art, jewellery/accessories, etc)
- Children’s Items (organic clothing, wooden toys, pretend play items, etc)
- Anything Herbal (beauty, remedies, teas)
- Books (digital or physical books having to do with meaningful holidays, real food feasts, natural healing, DIY gifts and products, etc)
- Homemaking Items (naturally-scented soy or beeswax candles, kitchen cloths, handmade brooms, etc)
- Handcrafted Paper Goods (daily planners, journals, calendars, greeting cards, or stationary)
- Natural Skin and Beauty Care
- Natural Baby Care Products
- Gardening
- Anything with an eco-friendly or sustainable focus
The Investment
Purchasing a spot in the marketplace is only $75.

Brand Recognition Special
In addition, we are offering a special on sponsored e-mails during the first month of the marketplace, which are only available to businesses in the marketplace in order to help give you brand recognition through the gift-buying season.
A sponsored e-mail is an e-mail that is sent *exclusively* to highlight you and your business and for this series, we're offering them for just $150. It is rare that we accept sponsored e-mails and when we do, this is less than a third of our usual sponsored price. We really truly want to see small businesses thrive!
We are offering only TWO of these spots this year and they will be sent on the first two Mondays of December. If you're interested, fill out the second form below as well. (Otherwise, you can just skip that form.)
