Avocado may seem extremely odd as a popsicle base, but it's incredibly creamy, so it feels luxurious. Adding honey makes it sublime. If your kids refuse to eat them because they seem too weird, try our fudgesicles instead - they're exactly the same but with added chocolate (and they'll never know).

Ingredients
2large avocados
¾cupraw honey, less if desired
1 ¼cupwater
½teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
Spoon into the popsicle molds and tap them gently on the countertop to get rid of bubbles.
Freeze until completely firm, at least 4 hours.
Notes
Note about yield: This recipe makes approximately 3 cups of popsicle mixture, which makes 10 popsicles in this simple popsicle mold.
